As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts of our clients across various industries. Working closely with your colleagues, you will ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

What are your daily tasks as an International Recruitment Consultant ?

  • Actively search for qualified candidates both nationally and internationally, using various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct thorough screenings of potential candidates and evaluate whether they are suitable for further stages in the recruitment process.
  • As a recruiter, you are also responsible for creating and updating a reserve list of candidates.
  • You work closely together in a dynamic team and ensure a good matching between your candidates and the many vacancies.

Profil

  • Do you have a good command of spoken and written Spanish, and are you fluent in English and Dutch?
  • Are you dynamic and enjoy frequent social interactions?
  • Are you comfortable with making numerous phone calls and taking action when necessary?
  • Are you results-driven and do you thrive on challenges?
  • Are you goal-oriented and do targets spark your enthusiasm?
  • You will be working across different offices throughout Flanders: Gent and Herentals.
