Description de fonction

  • Provide first line support for local users as well remote support for users in the region
  • Fulfill the daily tasks coming from management, users and external sources in the area of direct responsibility for HW/SW related topics
  • Take appropriate measures, maintenance and updates of Configuration Items to assure Business continuity and Information Security
  • Training of end-users; provision of technical support related to Infrastructure projects
  • Working closely with IT management to achieve organizational goals, support and cooperation on IT Projects, cooperation on Business related Projects in IT area, enforce IT security standards
  • IT Administrative / Technical Tasks

Profil

  • Technical degree: IT or Computer Science
  • A couple years of experience within IT-help desk, client support, end user support, system administration,…
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good level of English, written and spoken
