Description de fonction
We are looking for candidates to work on a continuous basis (volcontinuous- work 7 days a week then 2 days off): 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 06:00.
The work consists of packing/winding/binding rolls of steel in the Geel 2440 (establishment of cooperation for a longer period of time, obtaining a permanent contract).
Profil
Requirements
- you have a good command of English + a basic knowledge of Dutch (we welcome candidates who are willing to continue learning Dutch)
- you have your own means of transport (car/scooter)
- you are motivated to work
- you comply with health and safety rules
Experience as an industrial/metal sector/warehouse worker is welcome.
Offre
- gross sallary 16.00€ per hour + shift bonus: including 10% in early and late shift/including 20% in night shift/including 50% for Saturday work/including 100% for Sunday work + Meal vouchers + 250€ eco cheques per year + End-of-year bonus + Supplementary pension Trajectory : 6 months on an interim basis (Weekly contracts) After a good evaluation, you will receive a temporary contract from our client. Salary will then evolve to +/- 17,80€ including shift premiums After obtaining all certificates + a positive evaluation, you will receive a permanent contract of indefinite duration + wage evolves to +/- 18,52€ including shift premiums! Wages are the average in a full-time system and include premiums) Hourly schedule : Early : 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Late : 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Night : 22.00h to 6.00h
