We are currently seeking motivated and reliable physical workers to join the team at a well-established steelworks. As a physical worker in the steel production plant, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of various production processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will dig holes in the loam and tamp and fill the loam.
  • Handling and moving heavy materials, if needed.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the working environment.
  • Working in collaboration with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
  • Following all safety and quality regulations, including the use of appropriate protective equipment.

Profil

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a heavy industrial environment, preferably in a steel mill (but not mandatory).
  • Physically fit, capable of performing heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work in hot, noisy, and challenging environments.
  • Good knowledge of English or Duch.
  • Strong attention to safety and ability to follow safety guidelines strictly.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
