As a scheduler within the operations team, you are responsible for planning training sessions and staffing for the daily production of cell therapies. You will work in a sterile GMP environment, where some experience or knowledge is a plus.
- Scheduling operators for various steps within the CAR-T process.
- Creating timely shift schedules.
- Ensuring production is safe and compliant with cGMP guidelines.
- Frequently consulting with the supervisor to discuss schedules and identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure business continuity.
- Scheduling operators for their training sessions in collaboration with the training department. Once adequately trained, you will schedule operators to support and execute the CAR-T process according to procedures.
In concrete terms, as a scheduler, you are responsible for the seamless and efficient planning of both staffing and training. This requires strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with multiple departments, and a thorough understanding of cGMP requirements and production processes.
Profil
We are looking for a planner with the following degree:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Bioengineering, Pharmacy or a related field. / Equivalent experience.
- For Bachelor's degree: You have at least 3 years of operational experience in a GMP environment. Preferably in the scientific or pharmaceutical industry.
- For Master's degree: You have at least 1 year of operational experience in a GMP environment. Preferably in the scientific or pharmaceutical industry.

- You can work shifts and weekends. (You work in a 2-shift system (6 am - 4 pm / 2 pm - 00 am) in a regime where you work 4 days and then have 4 days off. This ensures an excellent work-life balance).
