For our client, a biotech company that is a fast-growing & innovative organization, we are looking for a warehouse associate. As a warehouse associate your responsibilities are;
- Receiving biohazard products (blood bags, viral vectors, …) in a controlled temperature environment.
- Accurately process inventory receipts ensuring correct matching to purchase orders, documentation of approvals, quality checks and adherence to policies.
- Working with equipment and material stored at cryogenic
- Fill out the Master Inspection Checks (MIC) for incoming materials including: transport unloading, temperature control, integrity control, administrative paperwork related to following correct procedures.
- Fill in forms & logbooks related to receiving, picking and outbound activities to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) policies in the pharmaceutical environment.
- Work closely together with the Operations and Quality department to support the Production and Lab activities for our start-up site.
- Work in a clean environment where you will wear dedicated gowning clothes.
- Working in two SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to process inbound, picking and outbound activities.
- Collaborate with accounting, suppliers and business stakeholders in support of on-going operational efficiency efforts.
Profil
- Associate’s degree or High-School Diploma.
- You have relevant warehouse experience with a strong affinity to the pharmaceutical environment.
- Detail oriented character with a strong affinity to perform administrative work, fill out forms, logbooks, follow regular trainings.
- You have an ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and across different functions.
- You are a problem solver and have strong analytical and data skills.
- You follow the procedures strictly to ensure both product quality and personal health & safety are followed at all times.
- Ability to work independently and successfully.
- You speak very good English or Dutch.
