Functieomschrijving

  • As a warehouse co-worker at IKEA, you are key to the success of the logistics operation.
  • You will work at the distribution center in Genk and make sure that customer orders are collected (with a mobile electric orderpicker) and shipped with precision.  
  • Every box you lift contributes to creating the unique IKEA experience for all customers.
  • Eye for detail - every item you collect contributes to the IKEA reputation for quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Profiel

  • As a warehouse co-worker, you can work in a 2-shift schedule (06h00-14h02 / 14h00-22h02).
  • You will work one Saturday a month from 06h00-14h02. You will then, of course, have one day off throughout the week.
  • Physically able to lift heavy objects.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team spirit - cooperation is the key to success at IKEA

 

Aanbod

  • Attractive gross hourly wage: € 15,8935
  • Meal vouchers: € 8 per full day worked shift
  • 2 shifts allowence: early shift- 7.5% and late shift - 10%
  • Additional benefits: company restaurant, vacations days to be taken freely throughout the year
