Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client, who's a leading global business partner for pharmaceutical APIs and intermediates. You will be responsible for handling the intake of sales orders, managing delivery and shipping logistics. Furthermore you will oversee the invoicing process and ensure effective communication with customers and all relevant stakeholders in pursuit of on-time delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities:
- Managing the intake and modification of sales orders for finished goods
- The coordination and organization of product delivery to customers
- You will oversee the invoicing process
- Managing claims and return processes
- You will prepare reports for the finance, sales, and management teams
- Responsible for the customer master data management
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Profiel
Who are you?
- You have a bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent experience
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in customer service, transport or export
- You are familiar with logistic processes and operators
- You have experience with SAP
- You work methodically and are capable of adapting as needed
- You are a born communicator with an excellent command of English, written and spoken, knowledge of French is a plus.
- You are proficient with MS office
