Functieomschrijving

For our client, an innovative and fast-growing biotechnology company, we are looking for a Bio-Pharmaceutical Logistics Specialist.

Your responsibilities:

  • Receiving biological products (e.g. blood bags, viral vectors) in controlled temperature environments.
  • Accurately processing inventory receipts, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, approvals, quality control, and adherence to procedures.
  • Working with materials stored under cryogenic conditions.
  • Completing Master Inspection Checks (MIC) for incoming materials, including unloading, temperature control, material integrity checks, and administrative documentation to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Filling out forms and logbooks related to receiving, picking, and shipping goods in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Close cooperation with the Operations and Quality departments to support production and laboratory activities at our modern facility.
  • Working in a clean environment with required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Handling two ERP systems (SAP) to process inbound, picking, and outbound activities.
  • Collaborating with accounting, suppliers, and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

Profiel

Who are we looking for?

  • We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or higher education.
  • Do you have experience in warehouse operations, especially in a pharmaceutical environment?
  • Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and enjoy administrative tasks such as filling out forms and documentation?
  • Can you communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and across different departments?
  • Do you have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and can work with data?
  • Do you strictly follow procedures, ensuring both product quality and health safety?
  • Can you work independently and efficiently?
  • Are you fluent in English or Dutch?
