Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat. Utilize your language proficiency to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluency in German
- Fluent in French or Dutch, or English to engage effectively with our diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster strong customer
- relationships.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory - a positive attitude and
- eagerness to learn are equally valued.
