- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and
- concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Utilize your language proficiency to ensure effective communication and resolution of
- customer issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Profiel
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluency in German
- Fluent in French or Dutch, or English to engage effectively with our diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster strong customer
- relationships.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory - a positive attitude and
- eagerness to learn are equally valued.
