Export Assistant

One of our customers in Kortenberg, is one of the most important producers and distributors of electrical tools, pneumatic and garden machines worldwide. They are urgently looking for an Export Assistant.

Who are they looking for?

• You will ensure that our customer (dealer) is always provided with the correct information via e-mail so that the products are promoted as a preferred brand to the end customers.
• You will also be responsible for item management and the execution and recording of purchases.

Tasks:

• Daily contact with customers via e-mail
• Providing correct advice to dealers (prices, promotions, availability, delivery status,...)
• Ensuring the correct entry of orders into the inventory system on a daily basis
• Order follow-up (RMA, complaints, pricing, back orders,...)
• Preparation of proforma invoices based on Excel data
• Checking and recording purchase invoices in the inventory system in preparation for receiving goods in the warehouse
• Checking all kinds of documents (transport documents, certificates of origin, certificates of conformity, EUR1,...)
• Monitor delivery times and prices, take action where necessary
• General administrative tasks to support the department
