We are currently seeking motivated and reliable physical workers to join the team at a well-established steelworks. As a physical worker in the steel production plant, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of various production processes.

Responsibilities:

You will dig holes in the loam and tamp and fill the loam.
Handling and moving heavy materials, if needed.
Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the working environment.
Working in collaboration with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Following all safety and quality regulations, including the use of appropriate protective equipment.

Profiel

Requirements:

Experience working in a heavy industrial environment, preferably in a steel mill (but not mandatory).
Physically fit, capable of performing heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.
Ability to work in hot, noisy, and challenging environments.
Good knowledge of English or Duch.
Strong attention to safety and ability to follow safety guidelines strictly.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
