As a scheduler within the operations team, you are responsible for planning training sessions and staffing for the daily production of cell therapies. You will work in a sterile GMP environment, where some experience or knowledge is a plus.

Scheduling operators for various steps within the CAR-T process.
Creating timely shift schedules.
Ensuring production is safe and compliant with cGMP guidelines.
Frequently consulting with the supervisor to discuss schedules and identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure business continuity.
Scheduling operators for their training sessions in collaboration with the training department. Once adequately trained, you will schedule operators to support and execute the CAR-T process according to procedures.

In concrete terms, as a scheduler, you are responsible for the seamless and efficient planning of both staffing and training. This requires strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with multiple departments, and a thorough understanding of cGMP requirements and production processes.

Profiel

We are looking for a planner with the following degree:

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Bioengineering, Pharmacy or a related field. / Equivalent experience.
For Bachelor's degree: You have at least 3 years of operational experience in a GMP environment. Preferably in the scientific or pharmaceutical industry.
For Master's degree: You have at least 1 year of operational experience in a GMP environment. Preferably in the scientific or pharmaceutical industry.

You can work shifts and weekends. (You work in a 2-shift system (6 am - 4 pm / 2 pm - 00 am) in a regime where you work 4 days and then have 4 days off. This ensures an excellent work-life balance).
