Functieomschrijving

Providing operational leadership to a team
- Stimulating, motivating, developing, instructing and supervising his/her team members
- Responsible for work distribution within his/her team
- Supervises order and cleanliness
- Adjusts the work schedule based on the dynamic workload
Supporting in warehouse tasks
- Oversees the tasks of both incoming and outgoing goods
- Oversees the automated sorting process
- Supports in inventory taking
Administration
- Validates the arrival and departure of containers and trucks
- Prepares, verifies and signs CMRs and loading lists
- Oversees work planning throughout the work day
Relationship Management
- Builds network and maintains good relationships with suppliers as well as customers, logistics partners and other departments, participates in digital and face to face meetings

Knowledge

Knowledge of professional terminology in both Dutch and English to ensure smooth contacts with customers, suppliers (such as transport companies) and colleagues
Familiar with different logistics concepts, practices and procedures
Knowledge of the WMS System
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of administrative and logistics processes
